Basic Life Support
2025 Guidelines materials for BLS are now available in International English and Japanese on ShopCPR or through an International Distributor. Korean will be available by end of July 2026.
Additional information to note for TCCs and Instructors:
- Course completion cards must align with the materials used. For example, if the 2020 course is taught with 2025 interim materials, or 2025 BLS materials are used, the 2025 card must be issued.
- 2020 streaming videos and 2020 eBooks will not transition to 2025 streaming videos and eBooks.
- Transition of unused inventory for the 2020 Provider eCard to the 2025 Provider eCard will happen once all languages are released.

The Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS®) Blended Learning Course is designed to help international in-hospital and prehospital healthcare professionals identify, evaluate and manage patients with stroke. This course was developed in partnership with The University of Miami Gordon Center for Simulation and Innovation in Medical Education and is now available in International English (IVE) and Spanish.
Updates to this course, based on the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) Guidelines release in late January 2026, are currently in progress. An updated course is expected to be released in late 2026.

The International Essential Stroke Life Support (ESLS®) Online Provider Course is a self-directed eLearning Course designed to meet the needs of nurses and EMS personnel, to provide them with introductory skills like faster stroke recognition and triage for patients who present outside of an advanced stroke care setting. Co-developed by the American Stroke Association (a division of the American Heart Association), the University of Miami Gordon Center for Simulation and Innovation in Medical Education, and Laerdal Medical Corporation, ESLS is currently available in International English (IVE).

This course was developed in partnership with The University of Miami Gordon Center for Simulation and Innovation in Medical Education and is now available in International English (IVE) and Spanish.
Updates to this course, based on the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) Guidelines release in late January 2026, are currently in progress. An updated course is expected to be released in late 2026.

BLS
2025 Guidelines materials for BLS are now available in International English, Portuguese Brazil, and Spanish on ShopCPR or through an International Distributor.
Additional information to note for TCCs and Instructors:
- Course completion cards must align with the materials used. For example, if the 2020 course is taught with 2025 interim materials, or 2025 BLS materials are used, the 2025 card must be issued.
- 2020 streaming videos and 2020 eBooks will not transition to 2025 streaming videos and eBooks.
- Transition of unused inventory for the 2020 Provider eCard to the 2025 Provider eCard will happen once all languages are released.
